1. Payment and Reservations
- Classes must be prepaid (with the exception of the trial class) as a mandatory requirement to confirm the reservation and access the scheduled sessions.
2. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Canceling Classes
- The reservation, rescheduling, and cancellation of classes must be managed exclusively through the provided calendar.
- Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the respective class will be deducted from the balance unless it is rescheduled within the current week (subject to schedule availability).
- Repeated cancellations, absences, or reschedulings may result in termination of the contract. For exceptional situations, please communicate in advance.
3. Student Responsibilities
- It is the student’s responsibility to attend scheduled classes punctually.
- The student must ensure a stable internet connection that allows the class to flow smoothly.
- In the case of student technical issues (internet failure, dead battery, a cat spilling coffee on the laptop), the class will not be refunded or rescheduled.
4. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided during the course are the property of the teacher or the respective author(s) or publisher and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of these materials without the explicit consent of the corresponding holder is prohibited.
5. Modifications to the class policies
- The teacher reserves the right to modify these class policies. Any changes will be communicated to the student in advance.
